Montesqui believed that all things were made up of rules of all things that were never changed. According to him there were3 types of goverment, monarchy, republic, and despotism. Despite Montesquis beliefs in the pirinciples of a democracy he did not feel that all people were equal.

Today we use a democracy for example when people votede its because of a democracy. This way everyone can put in their input.
