John Locke was a very influential person on US government and public administration. His most remembered ideas were the consideration of separation of powers and the ideas about property as the basis for prosperity. He came up with the idea of liberal democracy. Locke really put emphasis on the part of the constitution where it talks about the relationship between political system and bureaucracy .
